Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, economy or other related majors, with more than 8 years of financial working experience and more than 5 years of financial management experience;
- Rich experience in investment, financing, m&a and other capital operations, financial management experience of listed enterprises is preferred;
- Familiar with relevant national fiscal and tax policies and regulations and have excellent financial management experience, familiar with financial planning, financial cost analysis, financial budget, cost accounting, audit, tax, financing, merger, reorganization and other senior financial management work;
- Have keen insight and data sense, strong ability of financial information statistics, prediction and analysis, and strong practical experience in the implementation of clearing and settlement system;
- Less able candidates may apply for a position as finance manager.
